OrderPay
Stripe integration

Keep Stripe. Add the storefront and operating workflow.

Stripe already provides payment infrastructure, Products and Prices, Checkout, Payment Links, and payment-related events. OrderPay uses an eligible connected Stripe account for payment while supplying the limited-capacity preorder application around it.

Keep Stripe for payment processing

An authorised merchant connects an eligible Stripe account. Stripe processes the customer payment and pays the merchant under the merchant's Stripe agreement; Stripe fees and OrderPay fees remain separate.

Use a merchant-ready storefront

OrderPay provides the customer-facing menus, ordering periods, future pickup choices, capacity rules, and order records that a merchant would otherwise need to assemble in a custom application.

Plan from authoritative paid orders

Confirmed payment and order records become production totals by pickup date, product, variation, and modifier rather than leaving the team to reconstruct demand from receipts.

Carry the order through handoff

Preparation, packing, ready, collected, or delivered states complete the workflow while signed Stripe events and reconciliation update payment, refund, dispute, and exception state.
