Flex: pay by eligible order value
Flex has no fixed subscription charge. OrderPay charges 1% of eligible paid order value, with a minimum of A$0.20 per eligible paid order. Provider processing fees are separate.
Both plans include product subscriptions, prepared order links, one-off and recurring menus, calendar shopping and one checkout across dates. Choose based on your usage, limits and domain needs.

Pro is A$29 per month and has no Flex fee while effective. An eligible legal business can receive one payment-method-backed 14-day trial under the current billing terms.
Subscriptions, prepared order links, menus, capacity controls, calendar shopping, grouped checkout and the website builder are included on Flex and Pro. Supported provider and store setup is still required.
Flex supports 1 store, 2 locations, 5 users and 250 products, with a managed OrderPay address. Connect Stripe or Square for customer payments; a custom domain requires Pro.
Pro supports 25 stores, 100 locations, 250 users and 1,000,000 products, plus custom domains and analytics. These are plan limits, not a promise that every provider service is included.
Flex fees accrue for collection under the billing terms. A failed Pro renewal has a seven-day recovery period before prospective fallback to Flex. Refunding an order does not refund earned OrderPay fees.
