Keep your Square account
An authorised merchant connects an eligible Square account. Square processes customer payments and pays the merchant under the merchant's Square agreement; Square fees and OrderPay fees remain separate.
Square already provides online ordering, menus, scheduled pickup, order limits, item availability, fulfilment management, and kitchen tooling through its products and plans. OrderPay does not replace those capabilities. It adds one workflow designed around limited-capacity preorders and future production.

OrderPay applies product, variation, and shared production-pool capacity to future pickup dates across concurrently active menus, with merchant-defined lead times and cutoffs.
Confirmed paid orders become production totals organised by pickup date, product, variation, and modifier, followed by explicit preparation and packing progress.
Ready, collected, or delivered states complete the OrderPay operating path while signed provider events and reconciliation keep payment and refund outcomes aligned.
