Shopper payment availability
Checkout requires a supported merchant-owned provider account, an eligible OrderPay billing state, valid store and menu configuration, and current server-side order checks.
Provider support is not legal approval
A provider feature or country list is one input. Tax, privacy, consumer, marketing, accessibility, contracting, support, and incident obligations require separate review.
