OrderPay
For produce boxes

Close box orders before harvest and pack by collection day.

For a single grower offering a small set of boxes, each box can be an ordinary fixed-price product. Publish the available collection date, close orders before harvest or packing, and work from paid quantities.

Price each box as a product

List the seasonal and family boxes you can fulfil at known prices. Customers choose a listed product rather than building a custom box from individual vegetables.

Close the list before packing

Publish the weekly collection date and order cutoff, set product limits, and use a shared pool if the boxes compete for the same packing capacity.

Prepare for the right handoff

Confirmed paid orders provide box quantities and fulfilment details for the chosen date. Packing, ready, and collected states stay separate from payment status.

Example: Ridge Farm

A synthetic grower offers seasonal and family boxes at A$35 and A$55 for Friday collection. Orders close Monday, with 50 merchant-configured packing slots shared across the boxes.

Know where the fit ends

This is fixed-price single-merchant ordering. It does not calculate actual-weight charges, let customers choose a set number of vegetables, plan delivery routes, or split payments between growers.

Frequently asked questions

Can customers choose any seven vegetables for a box?

No. This example sells a listed box at a fixed price. OrderPay does not provide a choose-any-seven box builder or balance each vegetable's stock across custom boxes.

Can I charge by the harvested weight?

Not through this fixed-price checkout. Set the product price before publication; variable-weight final billing needs a different workflow.
